Irene is a spirited young advocate with a passionate drive towards Family law matters. She joined the firm as a pupil to advance her legal practice skills and knowledge. After her admission to the bar, she joined the Litigation team and has since been involved with a wide range of family law litigation, mediation and drafting of agreements including Parental Responsibility Agreement.
In this sphere, she advises and counsels clients, proceedings, drafts and reviews court documents, attends court for prosecution or defence of matters, acts as a liaison with stakeholders.

In support of the above functions, she has carried out research into the law relating to family matters, drafted legal opinions on the same and in this manner, provided critical insight into complex and peculiar matters that require extra investigation of the appropriate laws and practice.
